Hi! I am Brieanna or Mama Brie, if you like.
I’m an inspired mother and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who believes strongly and passionately in mindful living.
When I say mindful, I am referring to being aware of the whys in your life. Why do you eat what you eat, feel how you feel, do what you do, think what you think?
I believe more people should ask these questions and feel empowered enough to break away from old habits, old ways of thinking, negative relationships, or anything really that is deterring them from achieving his or her optimal life.
I earned my Bachelors Degree in Organizational Communication with a Minor in English and went on to have a myriad of work experiences–from managing within the F&B industry to Marketing/Sales/Event Coordination.
Most recently, I became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association. I believe a healthy body makes healthy thoughts, healthy thoughts make a healthy spirit!
We live out West in the most amazing state of Utah (home to 45 state parks and 5 national parks!). While I do like to snowboard on a rare occasion, I am more of a summer-outdoorsy gal.
There is nothing I enjoy more than earning my way up to a great view on a hike or lying on the Earth while checking out the stars.
I am originally from North Carolina (although, I did move around quite a bit). I have an amazing husband (Remington), a precious boy (Sterling), a rambunctious, yet goofy dog (Dudley), and a finicky old cat (Tucker). I am loving life at the moment in just about every way!
You, whoever you are out there, thank you SO MUCH for stopping by! It’s because of you that I feel so inspired to share my message.
I hope you are able to find some helpful information…and if there is ever a topic you’d like to know about, feel free to email me below. I love new and fresh things to think about and write about!
Here is where I share my journey, passion, struggles, and motivations towards an more natural based lifestyle.
This is a place for positivity and yes, open dialogue.
In addition, I am not a doctor or a nurse–but a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner hoping to help a few other mothers make the transition to feeling better, living longer and raising happier, healthier kids!
Please consult your doctor or care provider before trying any new diets or protocols. This is not to be mistaken as medical advice.
